The Thunder swept the Suns in Round 1 and the Spurs gave up just a single game to Portland. Now, OKC is up 1-0 on L.A., and San Antonio is tied at 1-1 with a banged-up Minnesota. Anthony Edwards took the floor for the Wolves in Game 1 and, for the most part, looked like himself. Will it hold up? As for the Lakers, will Luka Dončić return in time to impact the OKC-L.A. series? What about Jalen Williams returning for the Thunder? If the odds hold true — the Thunder are favored to sweep the Lakers and the Spurs are favored to beat the Wolves in seven after they were favored to sweep them before Game 1 — we will be staring at an OKC-San Antonio Western Conference finals. East Update: The third, fourth and fifth teams on the title oddsboard reside in the East: New York, Detroit and Cleveland, respectively. New York was the only Eastern Conference team to make it out of the first round in fewer than seven games, and it leads Philly 2-0 in the second round. The Cavs simply won four home games on their way to advancing, and they still have yet to win a road game this postseason, after falling in Game 1 of the second round at Detroit.
